This is a fun little recipe that is cheap and easy to make. It is easy enough for younger kid to make but it is still fun.
What you will need: Cupcakes (flavor of choice), Icing (color of choice), Suckers, tissues, yarn and a black marker. First you need to ice your cupcakes and stick a sucker into the top of the cupcake. Then you need to take a tissue and pull it over the top of the sucker. Once you have done that, you can tie a piece of yarn around the bottom of the sucker at the top of the stick. It will hold the tissue in place. When you have done all of that you get to draw a spooky face on your “ghost”.
