Our super staff member of the week is Mrs. Cheryl. She is our secretary. She is caring, loving and helpful. It’s her 25th year here at McDowell. She says she has enjoyed every minute of it.
She says her main purpose here is to give kids lots of love. She also says school is her life, she wants to help those who are in need. I asked her what is her job here what does she do, she answered by telling me she does lots of different things. She helps students in need, calls home when students are not feeling well and she even fills in for the school nurse when she’s not around.
These are the reason why we pick Cheryl for our teacher staff member of the month. She is helpful, she’s kind and most of all she cares. We really appreciate all the things she does for us, even more we love how she does it.
Hi Isaac, you did a wonderful job of describing and complimenting your school secretary. I know that secretaries are the heart of the school, often the first smile to greet you. I hope you have shared this post with Mrs. Cheryl. She will be thrilled.
